From October 1, Turkiye will export 2 million cubic meters of gas per day to Moldova

Turkiye will start exporting 2 million cubic meters of gas per day to Moldova from October 1. This was announced today on its website by the Turkish oil and gas company “BOTAS”, reported BTA.

On September 28, 2023, Burhan Yozcan, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of BOTAS, and Nikolay Gaborak, General Director of East Gas Energy Trading, signed an agreement for gas supplies from Turkiye for Moldova, said the Turkish company’s statement.

Yesterday “BOTASH” signed an agreement with the Romanian oil company OMV Petrom (OMV Petrom) for gas supplies until the end of March 2025.

BOTASH has signed gas export contracts with Hungary and Bulgaria, the Turkish company recalls.
