Turkiye announced a new nuclear power plant in Sinop on Black Sea.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he discussed with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin the project for a second Turkish nuclear power plant in Sinop on the Black Sea, Turkish private television CNN-Turk reported, quoted by BTA.

I also discussed Sinop with Mr. Putin. We hope that we will build four units there and get as much (electricity) as Akkuyu, and maybe more. Once we get them, Turkey will no longer have a problem with energy

According to the Turkish leader, when these projects are implemented, Turkey will not only be in a much better position would easily start exporting energy. Erdogan also said that there are countries that offer to support Turkey in terms of energy and his country intends to continue its relations with these countries in this aspect.
