USAID provided 20 million dollars for this project. The projects will be selected in cooperation with international financial institutions, the banking sector, investors and users. The minimum amount of investment in the project is 10 million US dollars, with the fact that projects below 10 million dollars will be considered as special cases if there is sufficient interest from international financial institutions, the invitation adds.
